We are offering a mail in repair service to the entire of the UK, and local drop off and pickup's in the Merseyside and Lancashire areas.

If you select to have your device posted to us, either select the repair needed, or if your not sure you can use our free diagnostic service.

Any order placed before 3pm will br processed the same day. After your order is processed you will receive a notification from DPD with a shipping label, just box up your device and take that to your local DPD drop off shop.

We will then repair your console and return it to the original drop off location you posted it from.
