How we work
This is a full breakdown of how our service works. We understand how valuable your console are and want to ensure you can make an informed decision about the entire process.
Delivery
All our shipping is done through DPD. DPD were chosen as our delivery method of choice as they have a vast number of drop off locations. Alternatively, you can opt for a console delivered to your house within a 1 hour delivery window.

Packaging
When sending your console, we understand you are worried about damage during transit. We recommend using large bubble wrap, and securing your console into a box with minimal to no movement. Most modern consoles will not be effected by small bumps. That being said, all our postage options are insured upto £1000 at no extra cost to yourselves.
Your Repair
If you have selected a specific repair to your console ie HDMI Port Replacement, we will always have several in stock to ensure as many repairs are done and shipped back same day. In the unfortunate event there is an additional issue with our console, a member of our customer service team will email and call you with full information about this and talk you through the options available to you.
Warranty Service
In the unfortunate event you find an issue with your repair don't hesitate to contact us. We offer free 2 way shipping on all warranty repairs. You will be updated along the way and we will have the problem repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible. Our aim is to have happy customer's who are happy to return to us time and time again for their needs.
