Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in console repairs, customer care, and day-to-day service management. We work together to diagnose faults accurately, carry out reliable repairs, and keep every customer updated from start to finish.

Managing Director

Joe

Joe is our MD, he has been in the IT industry for nearly 20 years. He starting off building computers for local neighbours, eventually working as an IT technician. He has worked on both small projects and those internationally. In 2012,in the village of Ormskirk, he opened his first repair store and hasn't looked back. Putting customer experience at the forefront of all decisions, his moto is quality over quantity. Our aim is not to be the cheapest but to offer the best service per pound.

Technical Management

Our technical team handles the full range of console diagnostics and repairs each day. They specialise in board work, fault finding, testing and long-form repairs that need experience and a steady hand. Every console that comes through the workshop is checked, repaired and tested by engineers who work on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo systems daily.

John

John is our head engineer, highly skilled in both diagnostics and complicated board repairs

Simon

Simon is another of our breakdown engineers, he is also our main testing engineer making sure there are no graphical artifacts or issues after your console has been repaired.

Lizzy

Lizzy is head breakdown engineer, its her team that takes apart all consoles that are sent into us, allowing us to complete all repairs as quickly as possible.

David

David is one of our breakdown engineer, his job it to take apart all consoles to streamline our internal processes.

Graham

Graham is one of our data recovery specialists, he works diligently to make sure he can recovery any and all data from any device that is beyond repair.

Social Media Management Team

Our social media team keeps customers updated with repair examples, common faults, service notices and behind-the-scenes posts from the workshop. They make sure replies are clear, helpful and timely, and that customers can see real work being carried out rather than generic content.

Customer Service Management

Our customer service team looks after enquiries, bookings and updates throughout each repair. They keep track of every console from arrival to dispatch, making sure customers always know what stage their repair is at. Clear communication and accurate updates are the focus of the team.
